Enrolment for the activities (trainings, courses, workshops, lectures and other activities) is possible by filling in and signing the enrolment form and sending it to us. In case there are too many participants, the date of delivery of the enrolment forms determines enrolment and access to the activity or activities.

Trainings, courses, workshops and other activities

The educational institute Caduceus reserves the right to prevent activities to take place, if the institute is of the opinion that there has been insufficient enrolment. In this case, the institute will refund exclusively the paid amounts for the activity or activities concerned.
Schedules and classifications of the activities can be changed. Moreover, changes can be made in location, set-up and contents of the activities. If the educational institute Caduceus is of the opinion that a participant hinders the order and progress of the activity, the institute can dissolve the agreement with the participant in question unilaterally.

Copyright and right of ownership

Selling or handing over teaching material to a third party is in no way allowed. The copyright and right of ownership of material that is made for the activity will be in the hands of the educational institute Caduceus at all times, or of any other proprietor that is stated by the institute within the teaching material. The educational institute Caduceus reserves the right to recover any damage on the participant who does not keep to observation of these regulations.

Payment and annulment conditions

When you enrol, you indicate the means of payment. Payment of costs for participation to the activities must be paid in advance. Full payment or instalment plans must be settled before the start of the activity, or the part which the instalment plan concerns. All payments must be made on cash or on account, as mentioned in the study guide (increase in prices reserved). All costs for participation to the activities are concerned exclusively with participating in the activities. All remaining and additional costs are excluded from costs for participation, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. An annulment by the participant must be sent in writing and by registered mail to the secretariat of the educational institute. Caduceus confirms every annulment in writing.

You can withdraw until 14 days before the training starts. The enrolment payment will be deposited in return with deduction of € 23,- for administrative costs. After this period of time, the vacant place can no longer be occupied and the enrolment payment will not be paid back. The participant takes care in time of a correct payment of all payments due. Not observing this can lead to exclusion of the participant of the activity concerned. The agreement between the participant and the educational institute Caduceus will only be considered terminated when all mutual commitments are satisfied.

Re-enrolment in case of premature annulment

When you annul the trainings aurahealing and reading and physical conscience prematurely, and let this be known by registered mail, the educational institute Caduceus offers the possibility to pick up the thread in the next unit, without additional payment.

Ethical code

The educational institute Caduceus conforms to the ethical code as it is formulated by the Professional Association for Holistic Energetic Therapist (B.H.E.T.)

Liability

In the case of liability for compensation, the compensation that is due is never more than the amount paid by the participant.

Other conditions

By enrolment, the participant is expected to be fully acquainted with the general conditions and to agree with them. The educational institute Caduceus has a decisive voice in all those cases that are not provided for in the general conditions.
